European Communities (Export and Import of Certain Dangerous Chemicals) (Pesticides) (Enforcement) (Amendment) Regulations, 1998.

These Regulations serve to implement the provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No 1492/96 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 1237/97 which update the lists of participating countries and the import decisions made by them contained in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2455/92. Revised forms to be completed by exporters proposing to export chemicals which have been banned or severely restricted owing to their effects on health and the environment, are specified.
