European Communities (Export and Import of Certain Dangerous Chemicals) (Pesticides) (Enforcement) (Amendment) Regulations, 1995 (S.I. No. 183 of 1995).

These Regulations implement the provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No. 3135/94 which extends the scope of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2455/92. In particular it amends and extends the list of chemicals which have been banned or severely restricted to certain uses by Community legislation owing to their effects on health and the environment.
