European Communities (Foodstuffs) (Accession of Bulgaria and Romania) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 84 of 2007).

These Regulations amend a number of Regulations made under the European Communities Act 1972 in the field of quick frozen foodstuffs and the labelling, presentation and advertising of foodstuffs to take account of the accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union. The legislative texts that shall be taken into consideration are Regulations made under the European Communities Act 1972 referring to a Directive cited in Article 1 of Council Directive No. 2006/107/EC.
