European Communities (Foodstuffs) (Accession of Bulgaria and Romania) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 (S.I. No. 517 of 2008).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Foodstuffs) (Accession of Bulgaria and Romania) Regulations 2008 by prescribing that a reference in Regulations made under the European Communities Act 1972 to Council Directive No. 89/108/EEC is construed and has effect as if the reference is a reference to that Directive as amended by the Annex to Council Directive 2006/107/EC.
