Abstract
These Regulations give effect to import restrictions imposed by the European Communities due to the existence of foot and mouth disease in a part of Cyprus mentioned in Annex I to the Commission Decision 2007/718/EC. They place restrictions on the importation of various items from defined parts Cyprus including live animals, meat, meat products, milk, dairy products, semen, ova and embryos, hides and skins, blood and wool. The Regulations make provision for enforcement and define offences.
