European Communities (Health of Aquaculture Animals and Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 398 of 2010).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Health of Aquaculture Animals and Products) Regulations 2008 in relation with the application sphere, the importation of ornamental fish, registration of imports, and offences in relation with movement of aquaculture animals. The Regulations implement amendments in European legislation.
