Abstract
These Regulations impose obligations on food business operators in respect of the hygiene of foodstuffs including the general hygiene requirements, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and registration. They implement Community legislation in this field. The Regulations also concern enforcement and powers of authorized officers and prescribe penalties.
