Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Communities (Minimum Conditions for Examining of Vegetable Species) Regulations 2004 by giving effect to the provisions of Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2015/1168 of 15 July 2015 which amends Council Directive 2003/91/EC on the Characteristics and Minimum Conditions for Examining Vegetable Species.
