European Communities (National Emissions Ceiling) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 303 of 2012).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (National Emissions Ceiling) Regulations 2004 so as to clarify that the provisions of the principal Regulations apply to Ireland’s Exclusive Economic zone, as established by section 87 of the Sea-Fisheries and Maritime Jurisdiction Act 2006. Those Regulations are also amended is so as to state that a word or expression that is used in the Regulations has the same meaning as a word or expression used in Directive 2001/81/EC.
