European Communities (Newcastle Disease)(Control on Imports of Avian Products from the United States of America) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 (S.I. No. 229 of 2003).

The European Communities principal Regulations 2003 are amended, in Regulation 2(1), by: (a) the substitution for the definition of “Commission Decision”, of “’Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision No. 2002/67/EC of 28 January 2003 as amended by Commission Decision No. 2003/377/EC of 22 May 2003;”, and (b) the substitution, for the definition of “restricted area”, of “’restricted area’ means the states of Arizona, California and Nevada, the counties of Dona Ana, Luna and Otero in the state of New Mexico and the counties of El Paso and Hudspeth in the state of Texas;”.
