European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Foodstuffs of Animal Origin) (Amendment) Regulations, 2001 (S.I. No. 137 of 2001).

These Regulations insert an additional pesticide residue “Kresoxim methyl” to Annex II and also a provisional maximum residue level for this substance. They also amend the definition of "Directive" so as to provide for implementation of recent Community legislation.
