European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Products of Plant Origin including Fruit and Vegetables) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2004 (S.I. No. 239 of 2004).

These Regulations amend existing regulations on the maximum residue levels for pesticide residues in and on products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables. The definition of "Directive" (i.e. Council Directive 90/642/EEC as amended) is amended.
