Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) Regulations 2006 so as to give effect in Ireland to amendments of: the Annex to Council Directive 86/362/EEC as regards maximum residue levels for acetamiprid, atrazine, deltamethrin, imazalil, indoxacarb, pendimethalin, pymetrozine, pyraclostrobin, thiacloprid and trifloxystrobin; and the Annex to Council Directive 90/642/EEC as regards maximum residue levels for acetamiprid, atrazine, deltamethrin, imazalil, indoxacarb, pendimethalin, pymetrozine, pyraclostrobin, thiacloprid and trifloxystrobin.
