Abstract
The Regulations amend the European Communities (Potato Ring Rot) Regulations, 1993 so as to give effect to Commission Directive 2006/56 amending the Annexes of Council Directive No. 93/85/EC regarding surveys, tests and analyses. These Regulations empower the Minister to appoint inspectors for the purposes of Regulations as may be specified.
