These Regulations amend the European Communities (Prohibition of Certain Active Substances in Plant Protection Products) Regulations 1981 so as to provide for the appointment of authorized officers and related matters. The Minister may, by instrument in writing, appoint authorized officers for the purposes of some or all of principal Regulations as may be specified in the instrument.
