European Communities (Protein Feedingstuffs)(Amendment) Regulations, 1999 (S.I. No 334 of 1999).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Protein Feedingstuffs) Regulations, 1986 to 1996, so as to give effect to Council Directives 95/69/EC, 96/25/EC and 99/20/EC. The establishment or intermediary putting products referred to in Chapter 1.1(a) of Council Directive 95/69/EC of 22 December 1995 into circulation meets the conditions laid down in Article 2 or Article 3 of that Directive, as appropriate. These provisions shall apply without prejudice to Article 4(2) of Directive 95/69/EC.
