Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) Regulations 2002 so as to give effect to the provisions of Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2016/317 which amends Council Directive 2002/54 as regards the official label of seed packages, Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2109 which amends Council Directive 66/401 as regards the official label of seed packages and as regards the inclusion of new species and the botanical name of the species Lolium x boucheanum Kunth, and Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/320 amending Decision 2004/842/EC concerning implementing rules whereby Member States may grant an authorization to place on the market seed belonging to varieties for which an application for entry in the national catalogues of varieties of agricultural plant species or vegetable species has been submitted.
