Abstract
These Regulations give effect to the provisions of Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2020/177 which amends the Annexes I and II to Directive 66/401/EEC as they relate to inspections for Union regulated non-quarantine pests (RNQPs) and measures intended to prevent their presence on seeds of fodder plants for planting.
