European Communities (Shipments of Hazardous Waste exclusively within Ireland) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 324 of 2011).

These Regulations bring about improvements in the administration of the legislation on the shipments of hazardous waste exclusively within Ireland so as to provide a better and more consistent level of implementation of the Waste Shipments Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006. The Dublin City Council is appointed as the sole competent authority responsible for the implementation of article 33 of the Regulation.
