These Regulations amend the European Communities (Undesirable Substances in Feedingstuffs) Regulations 2003 to give effect give effect to Commission Directive 2006/77/EC which amends the maximum levels set for organochlorine compounds in animal feed in Annex I to Directive 2002/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on undesirable substances in animal feed.
