European Communities (Vegetable Seed) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No. 920 of 2005).

The Regulations amend the European Communities (Vegetable Seed) Regulations 2001 in relation with, among other things: an exemption for the marketing of heritage seed from the prohibition to place vegetable seed on the market which is not conform criteria as specified in regulation 6 of the principal Regulations; sampling and field inspections; and certification of vegetable seeds which have been produced in another Member State or a third country.
