Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Communities (Vessel Traffic Monitoring and Information System) Regulations 2010 to remove anomalies that existed in Regulation 8 and 18. Regulation 8 concerns use of automatic identification systems and regulation 18 concerns reporting of incidents and accidents at sea.
