Abstract
These Regulations give effect to EU legislation on the identification and registration of poultry, eggs and hatcheries. In particular Principal Regulations are amended in Regulation 2 by inserting after paragraph (1) the following paragraph: These Regulations also apply to the identification and registration of poultry, eggs and poultry hatcheries.”.
