European Union (Beef Producer Organisations) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 492 of 2016).

These Regulations amend the European Union (Beef Producer Organisations) Regulations 2016. They give effect to Chapter III of Title II of Part II of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council in so far as it relates to beef and veal. The amendments concern publication of the register of recognised producer organisations in the beef and veal sector established under regulation 3 of the principal Regulations and the offence to comply with regulation 4(5), regulation 5 or regulation 14 (relating to obligations of members).
