Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Union (Common Fisheries Policy) (Landing Obligation) Regulations 2015 in the definition of "Council Regulation: Council Regulation means Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2013 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2015/812 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2015.
