Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Union (Identification of Equidae) Regulations to clarify the powers of authorised officers, appointed to enforce Commission Regulation (EC) No. 504 of 2008 and the principal Regulations, to enter a premises where there are reasonable grounds under this Regulation for doing so.
