Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Union (Natural Mineral Waters, Spring Waters and Other Waters in Bottles or Containers) Regulations 2016 to give further effect to Council Directive 2013/51/EURATOM, in particular by requiring the Food Safety Authority of Ireland to define the sampling frequencies for other waters which apply in monitoring of such waters for radioactive substances.
