Abstract
These Regulations amend the Waste Management Act, 1996 by substituting the a new Schedule for the Second Schedule. That Schedule specifies properties of waste which render it hazardous. The Regulations provide for the transposition of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1357/2014 replacing Annex III to Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste.
