Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Union (Protection of Animals used for Scientific Purposes) Regulations 2012 to give further effect to Directive 2010/63/EU of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of animals used for scientific purposes. They amend, among other things, regulations 26 and 27 of the principal Regulations on scientific project authorisations by the Irish Medicines Board.
