Abstract
These regulations modify Regulation 15 of European Union (Renewable Energy) Regulations 2014 with respect to the measures referred to in Article 6 of Directive (EU) 2009/28. The regulations provide for the necessary arrangements for the statistical transfer of a specified amount of energy from renewable sources from other Member States to the State and related expenditure incurred.
