Abstract
These Regulations give effect to Articles 4 and 6 of Directive (EU) 2018/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018 as regards support schemes for energy from renewable sources such as ambient energy, biogas, biomass, geothermal energy, hydrothermal energy, etc. The Regulations also give an important focus on the stability of financial support, able to implement renewable energies.
