Abstract
These Regulations give effect to the provisions of Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2020/177 by amending the Annexes I and II to Directive 2002/56/EC as they relate to inspections for Union regulated non-quarantine pests (RNQPs) and measures intended to prevent their presence on seed potatoes for planting.
