Abstract
These Regulations amend the Waste Management Act, 1996 and the Waste Management (Licensing) Regulations 2004 for purposes of giving effect to Directive 2011/92/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council 0n the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment as amended. The amendments cocern, among other things, environmental impact assessment reports.
