Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1964.

Section 55 of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959, is hereby amended by: (a) the deletion of "to which this section applies" in subsections (1) and (3), (b) the deletion of "commencing before 1st day of April, 1965," in subsection (6) and the deletion of "commencing before the 1st day of April, 1965," in subsection (7), and (c) the deletion of subsection (8). Section 55 concerns rates on fisheries to be established by boards of conservators. Section 63 providesd for suspended provisions as to rates on fisheries.
