Abstract
The provisions set out in the Schedule hereto constitute the rules for the regulation of each of the fisheries cooperative societies established by the Minister under Section 4 of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act 1991. The rules concern the name of the society, object, elections of the Management Committee, etc. The Rules contain also various forms.

These Rules have been amended in 1994 to the effect that the closing date for receipt of applications from angling clubs for corporate membership of such societies is now the 1st day of May of the year for which membership is sought.
