Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1997 (Section 33) Regulations, 1998 (S.I. No. 269 of 1998).

These Regulations prescribe the form regarding the declaration of interests in any process, development or operation, associated with aquaculture or fish processing or the manufacture, sale or distribution of products used in aquaculture or fish processing. The form is set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. The Regulations require the form to be completed by the Chairperson and by all other members and Secretary of the Aquaculture Licences Appeals Board and by any consultant or adviser who may be engaged by the Board.
