Fisheries (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations, 1990.

These Regulations provide, insofar as applications under section 15 of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959 to engage in the culture of salmonid fish in an area of the sea are concerned, for the prescribing of the period for public consideration of and the making of submissions on Environmental Impact Statements provided for under the European Communities (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations, 1989 and lists the prescribed bodies to whom the Environmental Impact Statements will be provided for comment.
