Abstract
These Regulations prescribe new application and renewal forms for a salmon dealer's licence, an eel dealer's licence and a molluscan shellfish dealer's licence. salmon Dealer's licence , eel dealer's licence , and molluscan shellfish dealer's licence have the meanings assigned to them respectively, in Part X of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1994.An application for such licences shall be in the form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations and an application for the renewal of any such licence shall be in the form set out in Part II of that Schedule.
