Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (Amendment of the First and Second Schedules)(No. 1) Order 2000 (S.I. No. 184 of 2000).

This Order amends the First Schedule to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 by including specified legislation in the list of food legislation (Part II) to which the Act applies and for which implementation the Authority shall be responsible insofar as that legislation relates to food safety and hygiene. The Second Schedule is also amended to take into account the change in the name of the Minister for Agriculture and Food (now the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development).
