Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2005 (S.I. No. 827 of 2005).

This Order amends the First Schedule to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 by including specified legislation in the list of food legislation (Part II) to which the Act applies and for which implementation the Authority shall be responsible insofar as that legislation relates to food safety and hygiene.
