Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2012 (S.I. No. 346 of 2012).

This Order amends the First Schedule to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act so as to update the list of national and Community food legislation contained in that Schedule. The list of national legislation is amended as to include texts on the importation of nuts and organic farming.
