Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2004 (S.I. No. 210 of 2004).

This Order amends the First Schedule to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 by including specified Community legislation in the list of food legislation (Part III) to which the Act applies and for which implementation the Authority shall be responsible insofar as that legislation relates to food safety and hygiene.
