Forestry (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2003 (S.I. No. 691 of 2003).

This Order transfers Departmental Administration and Ministerial functions of the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources by or under the Forestry Act 1946 (No. 13 of 1946) and the Forestry Act 1988 (No. 26 of 1988) in relation to the Forest Service to the Minister for Agriculture and Food. Provision is made for matters of transitional character.
