Abstract
These Regulations amend Regulation 2 the Health Act 1947 (Section 31A Temporary Restrictions) (Covid-19) Regulations 2020 (S.I. No. 121 of 2020) to provide that the Regulations shall remain in operation until 18 May 2020. The Regulations also amend Regulation 4(2)(i) to extend the radius referred to there from 2 kilometres to 5 kilometres. The amendment to Regulation 4 will come into effect on 5 May 2020.
