Ireland’s National Food Waste Prevention Roadmap 2023-2025.

The Roadmap aims to embed the agri-food sector within a Circular, Regenerative Bioeconomy, focusing on creating a climate-smart and environmentally sustainable food system. The publication highlights the need for education and awareness initiatives to drive behavioural change across the agri-food supply chain, which is essential for achieving food waste reduction targets.
