Land Registration Rules, 2009 (S.I. No. 349 of 2009).

These Regulations make various amendments to the Land Registration Rules 1972 to 2008 in relation with, among other things, forms, modification of examination of title, applications for the registration of title by public authorities, registartion of easements and land on the foreshore.
