Litter Pollution Regulations, 1997 (S.I. 241 of 1997).

These Regulations provide for procedural matters of prescribing the fine-on-the-spot notice for litter offences. They lay down the form of a notice in relation to an alleged offence and define offences to which a notice under section 28 (1) of the Litter Pollution Act, 1997 shall apply.
