Abstract
This Act aims to give more effective powers to sanitary authorities for dealing with dangerous quarries and other hazards and for dealing with dangerous structures and also to give a general power to sanitary authorities to enter into agreements with the Electricity Supply Board to abstract water from reservoirs provided by the Board.
