Mackerel (Prohibition on Fishing) (No 2) Order, 2001 (S.I. No. 641 of 2001).

The effect of this Order is to prohibit fishing for, transhipment or having on board mackerel by polyvalent vessels in ICES sub-areas VI, VII, XII and XIV and divisions IIa (non EC waters) IVa, Vb, (Community Waters), VIIa,b,d and e with effect from 4pm on 21 December, 2001 and shall cease to have effect on 1 January, 2002.
