Marketing of Non-EEC Fertilisers Regulations (Amendment) Regulations, 2004 (S.I. No. 205 of 2004).

These Regulations provide for the list of Authorised Biological agents for use with Type Designated fertilizers Containing Certain Forms of Nitrogen. A person shall not sell a fertilizer named in column (1) of Part II to the First Schedule to inserted by these Regulations that contains an inhibitor, other than an inhibitor named opposite the mention of the fertilizer in column (2) of the said Part II in accordance with the conditions set out in columns (3), (4) and (5) of that Part.
